In January 2017, a long-term partner commissioned us with the transport of plant components for the largest oil and gas project in Western Siberia.
BTG had to forward six units of special cargo from Hamburg to Tobolsk, each of which was 18 meters long, comparable to a 6-storey building. The difficulty was the necessity of having support points at certain parts of the structure without creating height differences, which excluded the possibility of using conventional special transport trailers.
To solve this problem, BTG used the best drivers and the most modern mode of transport, namely telescopic trailers, which allowed for the cargo to be delivered to the consignee in only 12 days.
