CONSENT TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

I hereby freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest give consent to the Operator to process my personal data (full name, e-mail, phone number) and to receive advertising and marketing messages (hereinafter — Communications) using the specified personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 “On Advertising.”

Purposes of processing:

  • sending me Communications about the Operator’s and its partners’ services and products, special offers, and promotions;
  • conducting marketing research, including analysis of my interests and preferences related to the Operator’s services.

I confirm that I gave this consent by ticking the checkbox next to the phrase: “I give my consent to receive advertising and marketing communications” on the website https://btg-spedition.ru/.

I confirm that:

  • my consent is given voluntarily;
  • I am fully legally competent;
  • the specified personal data belongs to me.

This consent is valid until withdrawn by me, but no longer than 3 (three) years from the date of granting.

I understand that I can unsubscribe from Communications at any time by:

  • using the “Unsubscribe” link in each e-mail (if such link is provided);
  • sending a written notice to the e-mail info@btg-spedition.ru with the subject “Unsubscribe from Communications”;
  • within 3 business days from the moment of withdrawal of consent, the Operator will cease sending Communications to me and stop processing my personal data for the purposes of sending advertising and informational messages.

CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I hereby freely and voluntarily give my consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter – Personal Data or PD) in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data.” In particular, I provide the following information to be entered into the Operator’s information systems:
  • last name, first name, patronymic;
  • phone number;
  • e-mail address;
  • registration address;
  • bank account number;
  • bank card details;
  • messenger ID and username (Telegram, Skype);
  • identity document details;
  • cookies (for session tracking and user preferences);
  • device technical data (browser, OS, screen resolution);
  • IP address (to determine region and device);
  • traffic source to the Website (search engines, ads, social networks);
  • user behavior on the Website (pages viewed, visit duration, clicks);
Purposes of PD processing:
  • preparation, conclusion, and performance of a civil law contract;
  • processing PD subjects’ service requests to the Operator;
  • Operator’s responses to inquiries received through the feedback form, online chat, messengers, or chatbots on the Website;
  • recruitment of candidates for vacant positions at the Operator;
  • website traffic analytics, retargeting, and statistical research using the “Yandex.Metrica” service;
  • conducting advertising and marketing communications.
I consent to my PD being processed by means appropriate to the stated purposes, without the possibility of decisions being made based solely on automated processing. I confirm that the PD and other information related to me have been provided to the Operator by me in electronic form (via website feedback forms, messengers, chatbots) or in written form (during offline contract conclusion). I understand that my PD may be transferred to:
  • banks and payment systems – for transaction processing;
  • accounting and tax services – for tax calculations and reporting;
  • the “Yandex.Metrica” service – for website traffic analytics, retargeting, and statistical research;
  • transport and courier companies (Russian Post, EMS, CDEK, PEK, DPD) – for product delivery;
  • e-document operators – to enable electronic document exchange with government authorities and counterparties;
  • CRM systems – to process customer requests, automate workflows, and store data.
I give my consent for such data transfers. In case of providing third-party data, I confirm that I have informed them about the transfer to the Operator. This consent is valid until withdrawn, but no longer than the specific period defined in the tabular part of the Personal Data Processing Policy for each processing purpose. I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to the Operator’s email address: info@btg-spedition.ru with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing.” The PD will be deleted no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date of receiving such notice. I confirm that this Consent is specific, informed, conscious, and unambiguous.
